All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia and select international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Radiantis.store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
